Returns Eligibility

14-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns outside this period will not be accepted, and we will not be liable for such returns.

Condition of Items:

For a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition: brand new, unopened, and in the original packaging.

If items are returned opened, used, or not in their original condition, a 30% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at support@electroclearance.co.uk or use our contact form to notify us of your return. Include your order number and reason for return.

Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Ship Your Return: Send the item back to our returns address (provided upon request).
Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you’ve changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your item is faulty or DOA, contact us immediately, and we’ll provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds Process

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt.

Refund Issued: If your return meets all conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Deductions: A 30% handling fee will apply for items not returned in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Opened earphones or headphones.

Software or digital downloads.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
